Privacy policy
Draft for review, October 12, 2026. Not in force. This policy is being reviewed and nobody accepts it today. It has not been checked by a lawyer; names in brackets are still to be filled in. The full draft under review is kept with the product’s legal documents.
This policy explains what GlacierPoint Atlas handles about your organization and its people, why, and for how long. [Legal entity, address] is responsible for the website and the accounts; for the data of your tenants we act on your behalf.
1. What a run carries
- The organization, its domains and subscriptions, directory roles and their assignments.
- Counts and settings of users, groups, applications, devices and licenses; the number of credentials an application holds, never their values.
- Sign-in and access policies, mail flow and mail protection settings, information protection, device management and collaboration settings.
- Your domains' SPF, DMARC and MX records as published, looked up from your computer.
- Names of people only where your plan and your workspace's conceal-names switch allow.
2. Your account and your documents
Your email address, your name if you give it, your workspace and role, and the times you signed in. The notes you add, the organization name as it should read, a contact and an optional logo for the cover are kept to print them in your documents.
3. What we never collect
The value of any secret, any private key, passwords or tokens for your tenant, and user content such as mail, files, messages or sign-in logs.
4. How long
Runs and their documents are kept for the history of your plan: 30 days with the Preview, 90 days with the One-time plan, 24 months with Watch and MSP. The newest run of a tenant is always kept. Closing a workspace deletes its tenants, runs, notes and documents.
