The platform fee covers the workspace: every tenant in one place, the tenant table with the newest document of each, its change count and the downloads, and your cover and logo on every document. Each tenant fee brings everything in Watch to that tenant: a new document every month, the new-document mail and the history.
Pay online. Choose a plan, create your workspace or sign in, and pay on the secure payment page of Stripe, our payment provider. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach the portal.

How do I pay?
Online. An owner of the workspace chooses the plan and pays on the secure payment page of Stripe, our payment provider; card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach the portal. The plan switches on as soon as the payment completes.
What does "billed in advance" mean?
Watch is $29 a month, or $290 for the year paid once, in advance, per tenant. The yearly price is the price of ten months, for organizations that prefer one invoice.
How is the MSP plan billed?
A platform fee of $149 a month plus $19 a month for each tenant in the workspace, month by month until you cancel it.
Do I lose my Preview runs when I choose a plan?
No. Your Preview workspace becomes your paid workspace, with its runs, its tenant and your team. The next document contains every section in full.
What is the One-time plan for?
For a consultant, an onboarding or an audit: the full document of a tenant, in PDF and Word, with your notes, for 30 days, run as often as you like. When you run a second time in the 30 days, the document includes the change log. It has no scheduled runs or mails. After the 30 days the tenant returns to the Preview.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the app did not complete a run of a supported tenant, you are refunded within 14 days of paying. Write to support@glacierpointtech.com with your workspace’s name.
Does a plan renew by itself?
Only if you choose it. Watch renews only if you turn renewal on, at checkout or in Settings, and we email the owners before a renewal with its date and amount. The One-time plan never renews. The MSP plan runs month by month until you cancel it.

Managed service providers with many tenants, charities and schools: write to us and we will look at it together.
